As buyer is interested to buy only READY STOCKS for immediately delivery, Bank Guarantee is not necessary and buyer will settle the payment in cash / Euroclear during TTM.
1. TTM in the banck or safety house where the gold is, with an invitation letter
signed and sealed by the main officers of the bank or of the safety house
obviously after FCO+LOI+NCNDA+IMFPA documents were already signed by the Buyer
